The water boiler plant for a horticultural company.
BEST provided the water boiler plant design, inside-glasshouse heating system design, and finally installed the water boiler plant. We also installed insulated pipes to the collector, as a part of the first phase of work (glasshouse with the area of 2 ha)
The boiler plant is the heavy fuel oil-fired one. This fuel is heated in an indirect tank, by BEST.
The heating water buffer tank (hydraulic clutch) enables the regulation of water temperature in a boiler, in case of rapid changes of heat demand in a glasshouse.
This solution guarantees safe and long-term work of the system. It also helps avoiding the dewfall in the boiler, when it is fired with a fuel oil consisting sulphur.
Oil storage system is equipped with signaling system, as well as GSM communicating system, providing information when the level of heavy fuel oil in a tank is exceeded.
The design of the boiler plant, with a capacity of 13 000 kW (2 boilers, 6 500 kW), enables the installation of the third boiler, with a capacity of 6 500 kW. There are also self-bearing chimneys (20 meters in height), with a logo of BEST.
