The steam boiler plant, with a capacity of 2 500 kg/h, GZ-50 natural gas-fired, for HIESTAND Company.
This plant was located on the first floor of the bakery. The steam is being transferred to the production system of pure steam, which is used in the production process.
Each boiler is equipped with an economizer, having a system of heat recovery from exhaust fumes for feed water heating.
The complete water thermal degasification module was also installed.
The work was conducted when the company was operating. That is why, it is possible to notice the dust on machines.
The scope of work: materials delivery (apart from steam boiler and feed water production system), installation.
