The water boiler plant for porcelain production company.
Delivery and installation of a complex boiler plant, consisting of two boilers (with a capacity of 1 000 kW each, a pressure of 10 bar, GZ-50 natural gas-fired), domestic hot water production system, feed water tank, and water purification system. Heating water temperature is 140°C.
Boilers generate heat for production halls, technological processes, and for domestic hot water production through JAD heat exchangers and a tank system (V=5m3) with serial and parallel connections.
Feed water for tanks is being prepared in a tank, located on a support structure.
The scope of work: design, materials delivery, and installation.
